This XGS-PON optical transceivers are specified for OLT or ONU usage and offer a direct replacement for your existing ITU-T G.987 optics. Since XGS-PON uses wavelengths outside the spectrum allocated for other PON technologies, XGS-PON can be used to gradually upgrade your last-mile network to 10G transmission.
