SN connector, utilizing standard LC Ferrule technology, is a new type of very small form factor (VSFF) that designed for hyperscale, edge, enterprise, and colocation data center interconnect (DCI) applications. The SN duplex connector allows you to triple the density compare to the conventional LC connector.
The SN connector is designed to provide an alternative to MPO connectivity and uses individual and independent duplex fiber breakout at 400G QSFP-DD or OSFP. QSFP-DD with SN connector just made 400G Breakout applications much easier.
